Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL)’s staff evaluated the energy efficiency of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) new data center in Fairmont, West Virginia. LBNL conducted this evaluation as part of the Federal Energy Management Program’s technical assistance program during the summer of 2012.
