This webinar describes the system-level tools in the DOE/LBNL Data Center Energy Efficiency Toolkit, now updated to provide estimates of carbon reductions from the recommended efficiency measures. The updates also enable the tools to work more in concert and deliver higher accuracy. Users can pass outputs from each tool in sequence and thus take account of interactive effects among efficiency measures in different parts of a data center. The decarbonization estimates are based on U.S. EPA eGrid data for carbon intensity and will be updated regularly.
