FREE Energy Exchange Pre-Conference Workshop | Tampa, Florida, August 14th 1 p.m. ET

The DOE Center of Expertise in Data Center Efficiency at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory is offering a half-day workshop focusing on opportunities for improving  energy efficiency in data center facilities. Among other things, the workshop will offer an introduction to energy efficiency in data centers, explain why data center energy use is a concern, and identify key federal requirements related to data centers. Webinar: DOE-Utility Partnership for Data Centers | September 14th 2 p.m. ET

In this webinar, Dale Sartor and Magnus Herrlin of the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) will provide an overview of the resources available to utilities through the Lab’s Center of Expertise (CoE) for Energy Efficiency in Data Centers. Additionally, they will outline a strategy for DOE-Utility collaboration, as well as provide an update of the Air Management Package Project that serves as an example of a successful DOE-Utility partnership.
